1. How do you manage your job seeking time?你怎么安排面试时间?
言外之意: 你之后会不会欺骗雇主? 如果现在你会利用上班时间出来面试，那么你大概也会这样对下一个录用你的公司。
最佳回答: I onlyinterview for positions that are great match, during my personal time. 如果这份职缺有后续面试，也别忘了安排在非上班时段。
2. Where did you start preparing for this interview? 你怎么准备面试?
言外之意: 你真的在乎这份工作，还是在碰运气?
最佳回答: I takethis job very seriously and started my research from the company website. 不要真的着墨在怎么准备，秀出你准备好的内容?对这个产业的知识、对这个公司或部门最近发展的看法…。
3. How many others were laid off? Could you tell us why you’vebeen out of work for this long? 有多少人和你一起被资遣?你这么长时间没有工作的原因是什么?
言外之意：What iswrong with you? 如果被资遣的人不多，也许预算削减只是前公司摆脱较差员工的.说法?

4. Do you know anyone in our company? 有没有认识的人在我们公司?
言外之意: 近朱者赤…小心，我们大多认为有「关系」会加分，但前提是你的朋友在公司内真的形象良好。面试主管很容易把你和对方的形象联想在一起。
最佳回答: 只说出你确定对这个组织有所贡献的名字。
5. Could you tell us about a work or school problem you solved?描述你在工作中或学校解决的问题。
言外之意：你做事有方法吗?解决问题有逻辑吗?
最佳回答：着重解决问题的方式、技巧、你对团队的贡献。这个问题其实是基本题，但是太多人没有事先准备好这样的案例，错失展现自己工作能力的机会。
6. Could you talk about a work or school case you messed up? 描述一件工作或学校中搞砸的事情。
言外之意: 你会一错再错吗?你有自觉吗?

简单提一个小的、善意导致的失误，重点放在学到什么、怎么把经验应用在下一次。
7. What do you find bothering about your coworkers or bosses? 怎样的同事或老板会让你困扰?
言外之意：你是难以共事的人吗?会不会打击团队士气?
最佳回答:

说什么困扰都可能显露相处上的问题，最好还能称赞前老板和同事，这才能显现你的正面态度和自制力。
8. Ideally, where would you like to work? 你真正想工作的地方是?
言外之意：你看到什么职缺都投吗?

你应该强调自己是这份工作的最佳人选。

下面只是我说英语的经验，我的中国式书本英语很烂1. 可能应为是被动式2. 都可以。一般用做单数3. 这里是对我的动作做反意疑问，而不是late这件事，参考You went there late even i told you not, didn't you? (这题比较有把握）4. 第一个that saying中的that表示“那个”，是代词 括号里是同位语从句补充说明saying （谚语） 引号里部分看做一个独立句子，that引导的宾语从句修饰thought，如果没that, it 就有两个谓语，就不对了
