It was raining heavily and they found that a stream had formed in the field. Jasper hopes that she will turn motorists to stone. 功能

（一）沟通交往，意在公关

求职信是沟通求职者和用人单位之间的桥梁。通过一定的沟通，在相互认识、交流的基础上，实现相互的交往，是求职信的基本功能。实现交往，求职者才可能展示才干、能力、资格，突出其实绩、专长、技能等优势，从而得以录用。因此，求职信的自我表现力非常明显，带有相当的公关要素与公关特色。

（二）表现自我，求得录用

实现自己的求职目的，就要求自己必须充分扬长避短，突出自我优势，在众多的求职者中展露头角，以自己的某些特长、优势、技能等吸引用人单位。表现自我，意在录用，也是求职信的又一基本功能。

应聘信范文及格式示例如下。

一、标题

标题是求职信的眉目，居中写明求职信。

二、称谓

称谓写给用人单位的人事部门或直接写给单位负责人，注意称谓要做到礼貌、得体。对用人单位明确的可直接写明单位名称，如尊敬的某公司人事部、尊敬的某公司王经理。在用人单位不确定的情况下，称谓可写尊敬的公司人事部领导、尊敬的总经理先生等。

三、开头语

开头语先写问候语您好，表示礼貌、尊敬。再写求职人的自我简介或用人信息的获得渠道。如我叫某某，是某某大学工商管理系某某专业的应届毕业生。又如近从省人才市场获悉贵公司拟招聘某某专业人才多少名，这给我提供施展自己智慧和才能的机遇。开头语表述应简洁明确、干脆利落，不宜过多过长。
