Summer is a season of fun and joy, so let's not spoil it with unfortunate and highly preventable tragedies. First only swim in safe areas near the beach, always swim between the flags and look for life guards, never go swimming alone or under the influence of drug or alcohol.We all know that summer does get really hot, so make sure you keep yourself cool and well hydrated, the last thing you want during a summer holiday will be an annoying heat stroke. Next it will be the food we eat, the food from the side of the street are mostly unhygienic, they can give you a very nasty stomach ache if your lucky or food poisoning if your not. These are just some of the things that you need to be aware of during summer, being careful will sometimes save you alot of trouble.
