段落英语读音

在我们使用英语时，passage和paragraph都可以用来表示段落，但是两者是存在着含义和用法上的区别的，具体如下：

一：含义解释

passage的基本意思是“通道,过道”,一般是指房子中由大门通向各房间的走道,尤指建筑物中狭长的通路或走廊。passage也可作“一段,一节”解,一般指讲话、文章或乐曲的一部分。passage作“(文章的)段落”解时,不限于文章的一个自然段,也可以由若干句话或若干个paragraphs组成。passage还可作“经过”“通过”“消逝”解,可用于人或车辆经过某地方,也可指法律、议案的通过。是不可数名词。

paragraph 可数名词  复数：paragraphs ，paragraph的缩写可以是par. 或 para. 表示第几段，通常用 【paragraph +基数词】或【the+序数词 +paragraph】paragraph 1 = the first paragraph 第一段；paragraph 6 = the sixth paragraph 第六段。
