If you have mountains of work to do, we say you have a " heavy workload ". 如果你有一大堆的工作要做，我们就说你有“ 很大的工作量 ”。 The opposite would be " light workload ". 与之相反的，就是 “工作量小/轻 ”。 e.g. A: Hey, John.
