英语are的过去式

1、are的过去式是were。are是be的第二人称单复数现在式，am和is是单数形式；am，is的过去式是was，are的过去式是were。过去分词都是been。 2、are的过去式例句： (1)We were all badly bitten by mosquitoes.我们都被蚊子咬惨了。 (2)Engineers noticed that the pipes were not expanding as expected.工程师注意到管道并没有如预期那样膨胀。 (3）They were knocking around together for about a year.他们交往大概有一年了。
