On Judging People by Their Appearances In front of US unfolds a picture in which a selection is in process. Some people are sitting in the auditorium and listening to the speech given by the candidate. One of the voters is think in 9:“His tie is too blue.I'm voting for the other guy.” This phenomenon can easily be found anywhere in our daily life. Nowadays, with more interviewers putting emphasis on the appearances of the applicants,a great majority of people believe that the appearance is more important. But I beg to differ.Because the clothes do not reflect what is inside the human. And what is in his mind and his heart can’t be known by US easily. Furthermore, judging someone by his or her external appearance can be deceptive.Judgments based on external appearances prevent US from getting to know a person’s nature, and are superficial and limited. As an old saying goes,“never judge a book by its cover”.0ne 's appearance may reflect one’s interest, but it isn’t the symbol of one’s quality. We should never judge people merely by their appearances. 来源无忧考网: 原文地址:

As is shown in the picture above ,there is a candidate standing in front of a group of people and he wants to apply for a position. If he wants to get the assignment, he must firstly gain these audience's support. Howerver, apparently ,the audience sitting there are upset about his appearance, each thinking about "his tie is too blue, i'm voting for the other guy."The picture is simple but conveys a kind of increasingly popular public opionion, that is judging people with their appearance. When we evaluate someone, we gradually pay more attention on their appearance instead of their competence and quality, which will cause a lot of problems. When the good-looking person we chose is incompetent, he may not be able to finish his work very well. In fact ,appearance shouldn't be the only factor we should consider when judge people. We should have a comprehensive evaluating system to pick up the right person for the position.

A sound education system is the prerequisite for the development of any nation. This is a well-known fact that our education system still relies on traditional methods and there is a need to combine the traditional teaching with modern teaching aids for a better and advanced education system. There is a difference in the opinion of the people regarding the use of traditional teaching methods and modern teaching methods. Some people say that traditional teaching methods are best for imparting the education in the students while some favour that we should use modern teaching methods for giving quality education. In my view there is a need of maintaining the balance between the use of traditional and modern teaching methods. Both traditional and modern teaching methods should be used simultaneously for the betterment of education. Before going deep into the discussion first let us have a look on the both traditional and modern teaching methods with the advantages and disadvantages of each system-Traditional teaching methods
