一般我们在学习中接触到的都是英式英语，月份应该放在具体几号的前面，四月一日置四月24日具体如下：

1st April ，2nd April，3rd April，4th April，5th April ... 24th April

但是英文日期书写顺序英式和美式是不同的，区别如下：

美国：月日年（April 5th,2019 或April 5,2019 ）

英国：日月年（5th April,2019 或5 April,2019）

日期书写表达注意事项：

1)年份必须完全写明；

2)月份必须用英文拼出或采用公认的简写；

3)日期可用序数词，如：1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th,...；也可用基数词，如：1,2,3,4,5,...。但美式大多采用后者；

4)在年份和月日之间必须用逗号隔开；

5)注意如3.5.2019和3/5/2019的区别，否则会引起误解。因为英美在这方面的习惯用法不同。按美国人习惯，上述日期为2019年3月5日，而按英国习惯则是2019年5月3日。
