Thanos, born on Saturn's Titan, is one of the great villains of the Manuville universe. Knowing all the superhuman philosophies of the Eternal Family, he gave him strength, endurance, resilience and agility that he could not surpass. inevitable这个单词有多种含义：
作形容词时，是不可避免的；不能防止的；总会发生的；照例必有的；惯常的；
作名词时，表示必然发生的事；不可避免的事。
在复联四中，灭霸说的“I am inevitable”，从字面意思就是“我的存在是不可避免的”，则可以意译为“我是天命”。

电影《复联4》中有很多戳人泪点的台词和地方，但最让影迷泪腺绷不住的一刻便是史塔克打响指前说的那句“我是钢铁侠”。据FILM网站报道，原本钢铁侠打响指的场景里，托尼从头到尾没有台词，最后是剪辑师提出建议，才加上了这句“I am Iron Man”。
《钢铁侠》第一部结尾，按照原漫，史塔克应该要说自己是保安，第二部才是说“I am Iron Man”，不过，在拍摄之际，唐尼突然决定要说，导演乔恩·费儒觉得效果很好就直接这样做了结局。“当时是演着玩儿的，没想到成了经典”。
十一年后，漫威电影宇宙《复联4》上映，在灭霸要打响指说了一句“我就是天命”之后，他手套上的宝石被钢铁侠抢了，所有人都以为唐尼会应声说句“我才是天命”，但没想到，他说的居然是“I am Iron Man”。
最后打完响指，钢铁侠伤痕累累躺在地上，眼神涣散，强撑着一口气，直到小辣椒说“你可以好好休息了”他才如释重负地闭上了眼，而那句我是钢铁侠也成了钢铁侠英雄落幕最后的遗言。
