in bed 表示在床上、卧病在床，短语中的bed不指具体的床，故前不用冠词，in 也不能改成on。e.gdo i have to stay in bed all day?我必须整天呆在床上吗？卧病在床一般表示为ill in bedin the bed表示躺在床上on the bed表示在床上但并没有躺下，在表面e.g the book is on the bed. she is sitting on the bed. 可参考：
