整粒机主要用于制药工业中将制粒干燥后结团的颗粒，根据工艺要求整理合格的均匀颗粒，给混合机混合及压片机压片。广泛用于原料药、化工、食品等行业。 原理： 将沸腾制粒机出来结团的的干颗粒通过提升转料机加入整粒机的料斗，开启蝶阀，将颗粒加入整粒机内；通过腔内的回转整粒刀，使物料被撞击、挤压、剪切，通过筛网孔排出腔体，经到流筒流向容器。 特点： • 整机无死角、残留、凹凸面以及螺钉，易清洗。 • 内外表面经高度抛光。内表面粗糙度Ra≤02μm，外表面粗糙度Ra≤0.4μm。 • 配有带脚轮的门式高支架,可与NTF系列提升转料机以及LD系列混合料斗配套使用，优化了工艺流程。 • 所有零部件均可拆卸，清洗方便概述造粒机是一种可将物料制造成特定形状的成型机械。广泛应用于化工、石化、制药、食品、建材、矿冶、环保、印染、陶瓷、橡胶、塑料等领域。根据结构和工作原理又个分为 CF型回转带式冷凝造粒机 平形双螺杆挤出机 转鼓干燥制片机 对辊干法造粒机（简称对辊造粒机） 对齿造粒机 盘式真空冷凝造粒机等。制粒机制粒快、效果好，设计特殊孔的滤网，仔细筛滤，其摩擦滤网杆能扎碎筛滤坚固粒子，在制药、化工、食品工业广泛应用。该机能替代摇摆式 颗粒机，是新一代的颗粒设备。
