制作人和出品人唯一的区别是对应的英文翻译不同，制作人一般翻译为Producer；出品人一般翻译为Produces the human或者publisher。
1、制作人
制作人一般用Producer表示，制作人的工作主要是规划制作进度表，安排每日每天的制作进度，寻找制作公司，对外争取出资者，同时必须和执行制作共同作业，以确保企划的每个元件都能按时并正确无误地组合在一块。

2、出品人
