火车站的英语是railway station。

铁路车站，也称火车站，是供铁路部门办理客、货运输业务和列车技术作业的场所。站台可粗略地分岛式站台、侧式站台、港湾式站台、跨站式站房、特殊车站、号志站。

火车站的建筑特点：
