You know what?之类的是比较口语化的,不过一般中学的作文倒是可以用用.如果再往上,你可以使用更加形象一点的,比如：What strikes my mind is that.; It's really important to me that.；I got this astonishing idea of .; Is it amazing that .; 等等方式来表达.

楼上都是直译，读起来又便扭又罗嗦，其实英语里就有这样的单词，表示“不善表达、矜持内向”的性格，你可以直接说I'm a sort of reserved person. （翻译：我不太擅长表达情感。）
