1.及物、不及物的区别
lay是及物动词,直接加宾语,有被动，lie是不及物动词,要加介词,没有被动。
2.过去式和过去分词变化不同
lie如果lie解释为撒谎，那么过去式和过去分词，就是标准的变化，分别在lie后面跟上d就可以，lie，lied， lied。lie如果解释为躺下，那么过去式和过去分词，就是不规则的变化，lie，lay，lain。
