1、排号码和等待：

考生排了一条长长的队等着抽自己的号码牌，再拿着号码牌到候考室按顺序坐好等待，这时可以看看自己的资料临阵磨枪。

2、寄存东西

大家被按顺序叫出去，去了寄存处，把书包之类的东西放在那，尤其是手机。

3、抽题

再由一位工作人员引领一组教资小分队（一般就是候考室同一行的考生）去各自的抽题室抽题，不用自己操作，有一个漂亮姐姐帮你操作（会问身份证号还是准考证号之类的），她的手指在电脑上翻飞，然后你的题就打印出来了。

4、写教案：

上次带领抽题的工作人员再次出镜，把大家带到写教案专用教室里，按号码坐好。然后就是20min的教案设计时间了。

5、去试讲教室

写完教案之后，带着自己写的教案，准考证，身份证之类的再次被带领到试讲教室。

6、踏进教室之后就是面试的重头戏三部曲了：（最重要的部分）

针对每一个课型，听完老师的范例-自己写教案-定时10分钟-试讲-录音。

有条件的考生可以找一间空教室练习，加上板书时间完整的一堂课讲下来9分钟左右最佳。录音可以帮助检查不足，语言的流畅度啊，环节遗漏啊，知识点的错误啊等等。

总结不足再重新完整的练习，总体来说，做到大方、从容、清晰、流畅。在和学生互动的时候，可以活泼一点，热情一点，点评学生稍微细致一点，不要一昧的说good，great。

英语学科抽到阅读写作课相对来说还是比较简单的，语法语音课会稍微复杂一点。高中英语的面试要求要全英文试讲，对考生的英语水平有一定的要求，特别是在讲解语法语音知识点时容易不知所云。

对于语法点的讲解，尽量使用引导学生提问的方式讲解，针对文章中的语法点进行提问，再引导学生发现其中的语法现象和规律，老师最后来总结语法点的使用情况，最后设置一个真实情景下让学生们进行练习。

这样的方式你不需要花太多的时间思考和讲解语法点的专业术语，只要在设置提问环节上花点心思，引导学生跟着你的思路走，讲清楚一个点就可以了。
