我的理解：吃饱，在英语中的表达法很多，众所周知的，就是full (up)。I'm full up. up可有可无，但是最好保留，除非你确信不会把full发成fool. You know what i mean. 除此外，表示吃饱了，吃撑了，还有很多很有趣的表达法。在这里，举两个例子：be as full as a tick。很有趣的一个习语，tick 是虱子的意思，这里把吃饱了的人比喻成吸饱了血，肚子圆圆的虱子，可见吃得有多饱了。I'm up to here. （配合手部动作，在胸口比划一下），口语中常用，有点儿像中文中的”不行了，都吃到这儿了。“Voila, G vide mon sac.
