有不同的表述。比如，“我这里有条（问）题不会（回）答”或者“我有一个问题想问你。”这里就是Question，因此这里第一例句为“There is a question here I don't know how to answer”，第二例句则为“I have a question to ask you.”还有就是故障、障碍或者麻烦事这些也会被描述成问题，如“我的电脑出了问题”。这里才是用Problem。因此上述例句则为“My Computer (has) got (a) problem.”上述括号中为日常用这句话时会省略掉的字或词。两种问题是不同的，英文有不同的表述。在中文里则统一叫成问题，我不知道你问的是哪个“问题”的英文，所以我两种都说了。

“问题”一词，英语中通常有这两个单词:question和problem.
两者还是有明显的区别:
problem 指困难问题，社会问题，数学问题，常与动词solve（解决）搭配。
question指提出并等待回答的询问、质问，常与动词answer（回答）搭配。
