2.葱切葱花，蒜切片，姜拍一下。

3.锅中放少许食用油，放入花椒八角红辣椒，炒出香味后加入葱姜蒜爆香，加入少许生抽，然后倒入开水。把羊杂放进锅中，关火，加入胡椒粉，盐和香菜，滴几滴香油。
