1、麻辣酒鬼花生麻辣味配方:干花生米500克、色拉油250克、二荆条辣椒面20克、红花椒10克、白糖10g、食盐适量、印度椒辣椒粉10g、四川麻椒粉5g。做法1:1.先将花生米洗净,然后用温水浸泡2小时左右,完全泡发膨胀即可。2.把泡好的花生去掉皮衣,然后风干水分,放入密封碗中,进行冰冻12小时。3.锅底放入色拉油,油温3层热时,就放入花生米进行小火油炸,需要不停的翻动,免得花生糊了。4.炸成金黄色,闻着很香了,而且翻动时花生粒的声音是脆的,就可以起锅了。5.锅底放油,4层油温,放入辣椒和花椒进行炒香,然后放入花生粒、辣椒粉、花椒粉、食盐、白砂糖,炒制均匀即可起锅。
