TALKTIVE 是话多的意思，不一定善于交谈。CONVERSATION也不是很正式的交谈。就是随便聊聊。你说的“善于交谈”应该是一种品质，不是随便谈谈的。所以我理解应该叫“善于沟通”或者"善于与人交流“比较合适。这样的话” be good at communication"比较合适。
