After many communications of the sub-regional office with the company, the parties reached a settlement in front of the court in which the plaintiff withdrew its suit. Both of the two lawsuits were settled. The legal adviser has fed back to the sub-regional office the issues to be improved in business operations reflected in the cases themselves, and would re-emphasize it in the subsequent summary report or trainings.
