recentlly,there is less room for people to live.so if we want to set up our families,the most important thing is to get a house.for now,we are not very rich and we can not afford too much.what`s more,land is becoming more and more rare,so the price of houses are getting more and more expensive.so,in my opinion,i would rather rent a house than buy one.but in the long run,renting houses is not a good way.suppose that when we are old,we can not work anymore,how can we pay the bill then? at least,i think a family should buy a house so that in the futher,when we are old,we can have a warm home. in one word,we should first rent a house because we may not afford buying one.but then we should try to earn enough money to buy one.2.as we all know,beijing is the capital of our country,it is the biggest,the most important,the most developed city in China.countless people,thousands of cars and planes arrive and leave night and day.it is a dynamic city,but it is also very crowd.the housing situation in Beijing is that it is not very easy to find a house which is located in a convenient place.the price can be very high,and the condition of the house can be not so good.we can find big houses with low prices but they are usually far from the downtown.it will take too much time on transportation.it is too difficult for people who work in the downtown to live there.i think the most badly needed housing is those that are convenient and also cheap.small houses are ok,because it is always some workers living in them.
