如果要是老客户还好点,要是新客户你的单子就黄了, 建议你以后报价的时候写上price validity, 如果已经签了合同,那么只有亏本做了。需要写的东西嘛,自己想想原因了,没有固定的格式的,关键你是要把问题和你的客户解释清楚。

我去参加过几届了,一般不用描述的,放心吧.您可以根据官方的编号,你的展位编号是1.2 I33 写在名片背后或正面,好多人都是这样的.你告诉他还不如留名片给他便捷.就算你告诉他了,他也会问你要笔记下号码.呵呵

只要你会英语就可以交流,但需要做些准备:1. 熟悉自己产品的英文表达。2. 简略的公司介绍,经营特色及业务量等,最好是直接告诉客户,而不是印在纸上递给客户。3. 基本的报价单,供查询用,不用急着给客户确定最后的价格,他们会在展会上比较,交谈时留些余地,这样他们回去整理后会跟你联系。4. 熟悉国家名称和主要港口的名称,最好准备一份到各大港口的海运费报价。5. 给每个来交谈的客户评等级,这样就可以避免日后花太多的精力做无用功。上次我给客户帮忙,他设计的表格上有这么一个评级标准:Repeat Order,老客户当然是最重要的。现在展会太多,很大程度上是老友见面会。Serious,这是需要特别关注的General,可以花些时间应付,但不用太多指望Information Only,递份材料就完了,或者干脆不用理睬。我的客户对于在展会上光拿材料不交流的客户根本不感兴趣,即使对方留了名片,等对方转身走了,名片也就被丢进了垃圾桶。要对客户评级,只有跟他们交流之后才知道他们是不是真正的买家。6. 当天整理收集到的信息,有时间就尽快回复。以上介绍的是展会上需要注意的问题,只要你对自己的英文有信心,就不要担心如何跟他们交流。语言不是最重要的,重要的是交流方式。
