主料面包一个鸡胸肉一块奇异果一个黄瓜一根辅料香酥炸鸡粉适量 面粉少许玉米淀粉少许 油适量沙拉酱少许 步骤1.将买回的鸡肉洗净切成片状 将香酥炸鸡粉按说明根据自己的鸡肉量调好 将鸡肉放入其中 放冰箱冷藏腌制4小时以上 期间要翻一下 使之均匀入味2.用少许面粉和玉米淀粉混合调成裹浆（也可直接用面包糠），将鸡肉浸入其中 油锅烧热 炸熟 即可3.面包从中间片开但不全部分离 黄瓜去皮 切成片状与鸡肉一同夹入面包中 当然黄瓜 鸡肉上面 下面可以加沙拉酱或者其他家人喜欢的调味汁4.炸熟的鸡肉一块夹入了面包中 一块切长条状摆放盘子里 点缀些沙拉酱 再放些水果 就可以了
