猪肉饼是每家餐馆的厨师都会做的一道菜，也是我们家喜爱的美食，我们一家都喜欢吃。猪肉饼虽然看相简单又普通，但十分美味。猪肉饼看上去如一块芝麻大饼，上面有许许多多的小“疙瘩”，那是葱菜。葱菜橄榄色，猪肉棕色的，两种食物混合一起蒸，那香味真令人垂涎三尺！猪肉饼的做法十分简单：先把猪肉反反复复地剁成肉沫，再把菜洗干净，切成一条一条，再切成小丁块，还要把黄糖切一点点。之后，把剁好的猪肉和切好的葱菜一起搅拌均匀，之后，把它们放在碟子里，放入油、少许盐、鸡精、酱油、白砂糖、生粉，搅拌。最后，把它们压成饼状，拿去蒸，大约十五分后一碟美味的猪肉饼完成了。熟后的'猪肉饼放到桌子上后，我立即去厨房，拿勺子出来细细的品尝。我会勺一大羹的猪肉饼，闻一闻香味，舔一舔味道，之后，才放入嘴里慢慢嚼。除此之外，我还会分开来吃，我把葱菜挑出来，一颗颗地吃，嚼在嘴里，一咬汁都喷出来了，美味啊！猪肉十分滑，十分美味，嚼一口，回味无穷啊！不一会儿，我就把半碟的猪肉饼干掉了。当我嘴馋时或好几天没吃到猪肉饼的时候，我就会嚷嚷，叫妈妈做，妈妈都会爽快地答应，我十分开心！猪肉饼，是我家的美食，是我美食中的最爱，也是我的美味佳肴。
