Today ,I want to tell you about my favourite food . I like bread and milk best . I always eat bread and milk for my breakfast . I often have rice and meat for my lunch and supper . I usually eat an apple or a peach after supper . That is tasty! Sometimes ,I do not eat lunch or supper .Because I think I am fat and I want to keep slim .But now I think it is not healthy . I have a healthy lifestyle, and this morning I usually get up at six thirty, and then run ten minute walk, then eat a Fried Eggs, two slices of whole wheat bread and a cup of milk. I most likes food is beef, so my lunch is a lot of vegetables and beef. After that I eat some fruit. In the evening, I am a fish and soup for dinner. I can't eat too much, it will gain weight. I will watch TV or go for a walk after supper. I usually go to bed at nine forty.
