首先要注意的是：西方国家使用聘书和我们的聘书有点出入，我们一般下的聘书非常简单，而英语聘书常常包含以下几个内容：聘期多久，受聘者的责任，受聘者的待遇，违约处理等。 英语聘书抬头一般用：Letter Of Appointment 或者Contract Of Employment 前者多用于重要职位；后者用于一般聘用人员

不像“护照/Passport” 这样直接有中英文对应单词,它是一个Certificate，然后在其中注明该聘请的具体内容。如果按中文习惯弄，那就译成“Certificate of Acknowledgment". 而acknowledgment单独也可作为《认可证书》解。对于正式证书来说，其中的内容也很重要，建议发中文稿上来讨论。
