Policy  plays a role , too.这个句式很好，表示“不仅因为...，...也起了一定作用”，试着造个句子 The extinction of this species is not just the consequence of  evolution. 没有。上海安宁疗护志愿者没有工资。志愿者是自愿参加社会公益服务，不是职业，志愿者原则上是不拿酬劳的，只有一定的生活补助，否则志愿者生活上得不到保障，是不可持续的。海安宁疗护志愿者主要是为临终患者提供身体、心理、精神等方面的照料和人文关怀，帮助患者舒适、安详、有尊严地离世。
