人生当立志无志则人难做,事难成  人生中的大多数人,都被生活的重负压在身上,如同一块巨石压身,喘不过气来的确,我们的生活太沉重了,身心常有疲惫之感但是又不能不为自己的前途静下心来,去寻找出路也许会发出这样的感叹:“唉,我的出路何在呀?我都熬到这样的年龄了,怎么还是没有希望”叹息是没有用的,惟有挺着腰杆寻找出路才可能有最大的希望,才是硬道理  不管你是谁,都免不了在探索自己的人生出路中寻找到准确的人生目标这是对自己也是对生命的负责!  人生之所以迷茫,归根结底主要是没有远大的志向和为之奋斗的明确目标没有人生的目标,只会停留在原地没有远大的志向,只会变得慵懒,只能听天由命,叹息茫然想不让机会就这样溜走,不叫青春就这样逝去,只有靠志向和理想冲出迷茫的漩涡,崭新的人生之页将会为你从这里掀开  人生立志,先从“志”说起古人对“志”的解释,是认为“心之所指曰志”,也就是指人的思想发展趋向当代汉语对“志向”一词是这样解释的:“未来的理想以及实现这一理想的决心”理解了“志”的含义后,我们对“立志”的含义就很好理解了所谓立志,就是立下未来的人生理想  在人的一生中,除了年幼无知的童年时期外,其他每个不同的成长发展阶段都与立志有很大的关系简而言之,青少年求学阶段,尤其是大学时期,是人生志向的确立时期;中年工作阶段,是人生志向的实现时期;老年休息阶段,是对人生志向的回顾与检查时期由此看来,立志不是人生各个时期中不可或缺的事,这是值得青年们深思的  一个没有目标的人就像一艘没有舵的船,永远漂流不定,只会到达失望、失败和丧气的海滩成功者总是那些有目标的人,鲜花和荣誉从来不会降临到那些无头苍蝇一样在人生之旅中四处碰壁的人头上  聪明的人,有理想、有追求、有上进心的人,一定都有明确的奋斗目标,他懂得自己活着是为了什么因而他的所有的努力,从整体上说都能围绕着一个比较长远的目标进行,他知道自己怎样做是正确的、有用的有了明确的奋斗目标,也就产生了前进的动力因而目标不仅是奋斗的方向,更是一种对自己的鞭策有了目标,就有了热情,有了积极性,有了使命感和成就感有明确目标的人,会感到自己心里很踏实,生活得很充实,注意力也会神奇地集中起来,不再被许多繁杂的事所干扰,干什么事都显得成竹在胸  琼菲特说:“信心和理想乃是我们追求幸福和进步的最强大推动力”  慢慢人生路,让我们立下自己的志向,盖起自己成功人生的辉煌大厦吧!有志者,事竟成
