ACCA——特许公认会计师(Association of Charted Certified Accountant)是一个会计专业人士的全球性机构。ACCA是金融界中最炙手可热的职业认证。许多国际大型会计师事务所都要求员工有ACCA资格认证。想要成为一名ACCA要经过13门的考试，其中门科目可以通过在大学的会计学习得到免试。ACA——英国特许会计师(The Associate Chartered Account)是通过英格兰与威尔士会计师工会(ICAEW)认证的考试。ACA一共有15门考试，考试内容与ACCA特许公认会计师大致相同，不同点在于在最后的高级阶段，ACA更注重于案例研究，而ACCA更注重于理论的研究。ACA与ACCA的另外一个区别是ACA必须有英国当地的雇主担保才可以考，也就是说我们必须要先找到工作，一边工作一边考。在英国，ACA与ACCA是互相认证的。如果一个已经考到ACCA的人想要得到ICAEW的ACA认证，他需要在成为ACCA之后有5年的会计工作经验，在经过一个ICAEW的职业经验考试，就可以成为一名ACA。由于ACA只是在英国及西方国家认证比较高，所以想要回国来发展的人可以去读ACCA。在英国，一位ACCA或者ACA的年薪可以达到每年49，386英镑到53，283英镑，相当于50万人民币，如果有十年左右的工作经验，年薪可达百万，可以说是高薪行业。学习ACA的同学要特别注意时间的安排，因为是边工作边学习。而学习ACCA的同学可以专注于ACCA的考试，因为英国有专门的ACCA教育机构，比如说Kaplan、ELTC。 急速通关计划 ACCA全球私播课 大学生雇主直通车计划 周末面授班 寒暑假冲刺班 其他课程

首先英国的书确实很贵，但是这不表示你能不买，像会计这类书还是要买的，上课用。。英国学的会计确实格式和中国的不同，不只是格式，有的资产，负债什么的也弄的是相反的。如果你以前学过会计基础什么的话，就不用再买中文的书了。没学的话建议你可以买本会计基础自己先看看，了解下最基本的资产负债表等等的，虽然格式什么的不同，但是最基本的含义还是一样的。看点中文的主要是怕去了后学会计跟不上，因为那边老师是上来就用做题的形式上课的，课后一定要及时消化。。金融的话就不用带了，中文书太沉了也没用，网上也能找到中文的金融方面的材料。你可以去学校网站找找你金融和会计的专业还有什么必修的课，然后看看相关的资料也可以，有时间的话。。因为中文的对于你去英国学习还是没多大用处的。。学会计的时候还要学点股价，股票相关的，因为需要帮公司什么的评估他的资产什么的。这部分还是比较少的。。

我倒是觉得不需要带什么中文书，学金融与会计的话主要就是资产负债表等几个重要的表格。英国的格式跟中国完全不同，你到时候边学边上网搜中文解释也可以。而且书那么重，还占行李重量。你要是真想带，凭经验我觉得你基本不会看的。

This book uses the preparation of financial statements as the framework for understanding what accounting is all about..更多英文版资料建议使用Google用关键词“Fiancial accounting”搜索，会有很多。中文版的推荐几本具有参考价值的：关于美国准则的：美国财务会计准则••149-150号•金融工具和套期保值会计修订iGAAP——金融工具相关准则实务指南（企业会计准则丛书）关于中国准则的（跟国际准则趋同了，但说的比较简单明了）企业会计准则2010，第23-25章和38章。关于国际财务报国准则的国家财务报告准则2008（中文版），IAS39，IAS32，IFRS7。国际会计准则理事会和财政部组织专家翻译的，质量很高了，但是还是很难读，需要毅力，建议朗读，否则容易睡着，呵呵 针对你的补充：英国目前执行的是国际财务报告准则，但是在金融工具会计方面，全球领先的是美国，国际财务报告也是从美国准则出来的，所以，你要学习金融会计，无论去哪，实际上都脱不开美国的范畴。英国方面的资料，建议你参考ACA或者ACCA考试的会计教材，会有些帮助。

全世界会计基本原理都是一样，英国的会计准则和国内的也基本趋同，所谓格式不同，不知道楼上是指的哪个格式。会计比较重要的不是表格，表格都是自动生成的，重要的是会计准则，要会进行会计处理。金融没有必要看，不是很难的，可以买本金融基础的书籍，不过不用带过去。会计的话，有点难度。可以买本最基础的财务会计的书，或者是会计学原理看看就行了。
