第一题就是做一个T account 只需要做bank 的做法:1.分析和银行账目有关的交易, eg paid money into bank account, paid expenses by cheque2.分析借贷, eg.bank 是一个asset,所以 the normal balance is a debit. 所以当bank增长的时候是debit, 减少的时候是credit3.crossing reference, 当记录一个交易的时候,在T account 中要记录相对应的那一个account. eg.paid rent bu cheque 应在t account的 credit中记录Rent expense.4.closing balance. 将credit 和debit 分别算和,把大的减掉小的就是closing balance第二题 trial balance1.完成所有的t accounts2.算出每一个的closing balance 3.汇总在trial balance
